The role of a men and a woman in society.

A woman are very different to men, because our bodies and our personality are different, and the role of we have in the society it's different too. The role of a woman and men  has a long history in the society, since the first civilization, the  woman has been treated differently than a man,  in most civilization the woman had been discriminated, she had force to care the  children and to do the household. This situation in the actuality is very different, but in some culture this way of life remains.

In Chile the woman still suffer discrimination, although much less than our grandmothers or our ancestor. The role of gender are changing, in this moments the woman to do the same work that makes a man, and the man do the work that before only do the women, for example washing the dishes, or work in a kindergarten, or weaver, etc. But it’s necessary to say, there are still gender differences, one example of this situation, is  what happens in the workplace, where the bosses often prefer hiring a men for jobs because they believes who the woman aren’t capable of doing the work, and because it’s more easier and cheaper for companies to hire men. And in the work the men receive more money for doing the same job for a woman.

In conclusion I think that the life is much easier if you are men, but I believe who is possible achieves the equality between the men and woman, only if all want to change the world.
